Purchases can be made using Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and JCB. At the time of purchase, customers enter their credit card details into a secure electronic banking system provided by Stripe.

PAYPAL
By choosing the Paypal payment method, the customer can pay directly through their Paypal account.

BANK TRANSFER
At checkout, you can choose to pay by bank transfer. Once the order is placed, you will receive the recipient details and IBAN for the transfer. The order will be shipped as soon as the deposit is available in the account.

SATISPAY

By choosing the Satispay payment method, the customer can pay directly through their Satispay account.

CASH ON DELIVERY

Cash on delivery payments incur an extra cost of €5.

Item Exchange

Instructions for item exchangeIf you wish to make an exchange, please contact us at

THE FIRST EXCHANGE IS FREE OF CHARGE
The courier will come directly to your home to collect the old package and deliver the new one.

FROM THE SECOND EXCHANGE ONWARDS:
It costs €10, which will always be handled by courier.
If one or more items are purchased together with the exchange,
the exchange will always be free of charge. It must be completed no later than
14 business days.

Returning an item for a refund

We know, sometimes one of the items received doesn't perfectly
suit us and all we want is to get back
the amount spent. Provided that the returned item is still in its
original condition.

The item must be shipped at the customer's expense

An item returned within 14 days from
the day the package was delivered, or was
available for collection, will be fully refunded to the same
payment method used to place the order. In case of
cash on delivery, the customer must provide a bank IBAN to which
the payment should be made.

Returns do not include any shipping costs.

We commit to processing refunds within 14 days of receiving the item at our warehouse.

If you intend to request a refund within the timeframes
mentioned above but are unable to make the return for any reason, please
contact us, bearing in mind that in this case the refund
will be at our sole discretion.

And after the required timeframes?

We do not accept returns of unwanted items, returned after the
timeframes stated above. If you ship a return after the
required timeframes, we may have to send it back to the sender
(to the default shipping address registered on the account) and
request coverage of the shipping costs.

Shipping receipt

The return remains the sender's responsibility until
it is received at our warehouse, so make sure to always request
the shipping receipt for your returns, in case we
need to see it later (it is free of charge both from the post office and
other authorized centers).
